To see video clips of Mitt Romney on the opposite side of an issue he’s currently advocating is a bit frequent now, but this one takes the cake. This video captures of PowerPoint presentation Mitt Romney personally gave defending the the idea of the Individual Mandate at the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation and clearly calling it out as tax penalty for to make those not paying for their consumption of health care and a way to foster personal accountability. Mitt Romney actually sells the idea of the individual mandate much better than the President. Check out this Powerpoint presentation with Mitt Romney’s voice in this video.
