So now no abortion even when the life of the mother is threatened by giving birth to human killing aliens?

Apparently some movie usher  has been telling theater patrons who buy tickets to see the movie Prometheus, not to see it because of the scene where Noomi Rapace’s character, has an emergency “abortion” (though she has to do it calling it cesarean section) to take out the alien embryo she’s been impregnated with and will likely burst out of her body if she doesn’t.  The person who reported it being approached, a man name Jorge recalls,

“I have to warn you,” the user tells him and his guest. “Halfway through the movie, the main female character will perform a self-induced abortion.

This guy (the usher) is a douche for the following reasons.

A. It’s science fiction.

B. Spoiler Alert: I’ve seen it. The “fetus” didn’t die. And goes on to close out the film.

B. Most babies you given birth to might want to feed on your breast milk, not eat you until you are dead. If they do, I’m definitely upping my next round of mothers’ day cards.

C. You’ve ruined people movie experience watching Prometheus. And are would you give the ending Presumed Innocent because God says murder is wrong, too.

The employer of the employee Regal Cinemas apologized for the abortion controversy. Obviously not their fault. And not a “death to democracy” moment.  I don’t know if they fired him. But definitely put this guy on Disney movie detail for now on.
